About our Church
Church planting is one of the core pillars on which RCCG's God-given mandate stands. It is expected that by God's grace, as every parish grows and at the appropriate time, the parish undertakes to plant another parish as the Lord leads. All along, RCCG in Alsager has been the desire of our leaders and spiritual father and mother Pst Marcus Chilaka and Pst Mrs Norah Chilaka.Therefore, Renewal Assembly in Alsager became the fourth of such that God in His infiniteness has helped the RCCG Living Water Parish to plant around the city of Stoke-on-Trent.

The God who makes everything beautiful in its season made it happen with an inaugural service on 25th August, 2024. As children of the Most High and an offshoot of RCCG Living Water Parish, we have a mandate to dominate the city to the Glory of God who has sent us. Thus, Renewal Assembly started and has continued to lift Jesus Christ high on Sundays (with Sunday worship services ) at the Civic Centre, Alsager. We have the assurances of Abba Father, that albeit from a little beginning, as we continue to lift Jesus high, He will draw men unto Himself. We shall do great exploits for God in Alsager.
Just like the Moses' espionage of Canaan, a total of twelve people, with a Joshua and a Caleb, were seconded to kick start Renewal Assembly. With a pioneer workforce of 7 men and women of God manning and leading every critical department, we can boldly testify of the goodness of God. The general feeling in the workforce is that as the Lord continue to add to us, "we are able to go up and indeed take the country, to possess the land from Jordan to the sea, though the giants may be on our way to hinder, God will surely give us victory....."
